High Holidays
During the High Holidays, our Vilnius synagogue offers a deeply meaningful experience, embracing all the traditional customs and rituals. We hold inspiring prayers and services that capture the essence of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, led by our dedicated clergy. The synagogue is beautifully decorated, creating an atmosphere of reverence and reflection.
In addition to the prayers, we provide festive meals for the community. Traditional holiday dishes are prepared with care, offering a taste of the rich culinary heritage associated with these sacred days. Services and meals are part of the High Holidays experience with our community.
Chanukah & Purim
Chanukah: The celebration includes a festive atmosphere with activities for kids, such as dreidel games and menorah crafting, along with special treats like donuts and latkes. Adults participate in communal menorah lightings and enjoy lively music.
Purim: The festivities feature a Purim carnival for children with games and costume contests, as well as a spirited party for adults that includes music, dancing, and Megillah readings. Both events highlight the fun and traditional aspects of these joyous holidays.
Pesach
Pesach: The celebration includes traditional services, inspiring Seders, and communal meals that bring the spirit of the holiday to life. It encompasses the rich customs and rituals of Passover.
Pesach Camp: We have a program that offers children the chance to engage in holiday-themed activities, crafts, and educational programs. The camp is designed to provide a fun and enriching experience while exploring the traditions and stories of Pesach.
